POWER PLANT TECHNICIAN A/C Power, the Operations and Maintenance contractor for the Colver Power Project, a 110 MW waste coal power plant located in Colver, Pennsylvania is seeking experienced individuals for the following position: PLANT TECHNICIAN Ð MAINTENANCE ÐThis individual performs regular preventive plant maintenance, troubleshoots and performs tasks to install, modify, overhaul, diagnose, test, and maintain all power plant equipment in optimum operating conditions; and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations and plant safety procedures. Turbine generator experience along with hands on experience with all aspects of steam power plant operations is a plus. Applicants must have a strong aptitude in math and mechanical ability; a high school education, GED, formal technical training or utility training is required; at least three years hands on experience in a power generating facility; excellent communication and team skills and proficiency in computer applications.
