Broadband Specialist 1 - Job ID 11420 As a Broadband Specialist you will assist people in their homes with their cable and broadband services, providing superior customer service that goes the extra mile. If you are driven and goal-oriented, there’s plentiful training opportunities. And you’ll get great hands-on experience installing and maintaining cutting edge technology. To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED, trade school training preferred. A Valid driver’s license; ability to interact with customers and co-workers; good written and oral communication skills and must be flexible to work in all weather conditions and at various heights. You must be able to carry up to 75lbs of equipment and work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required. Truck for home dispatching, uniforms, tools and paid training are provided.
